The role involves sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, and supporting both clients and staff in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual, energetic, and comfortable engaging with new people all day, with a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard candidates for a variety of job assignments.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Help new hires get started (paperwork, orientations, onboarding).
• Schedule and dispatch employees to job sites.
• Provide top-tier support to both clients and employees.
• Assist with employee transportation when needed.
• Jump into hiring events and job fairs to grow the talent pool.
