MG Truck Driving School in Phoenix is seeking a Recruiter / Business Development Representative to be the face of our outreach efforts. This dual role focuses on student recruitment and establishing partnerships with trucking companies that hire Class A CDL drivers.

You'll represent the school at job fairs and events, grow a pipeline of potential students, and close placement deals with partner employers while collaborating on marketing and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking/CDL industry preferred (recruiting, dispatch, driving, or school experience)
• Proven sales, recruiting, or business development experience
• Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation for local travel to job fairs, events, and meetings

Responsibilities

• Represent MG Truck Driving School at job fairs, community events, and local outreach opportunities to attract new students
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective students from first contact through enrollment
• Develop new B2B relationships with trucking companies, freight carriers, and businesses that hire Class A CDL drivers
• Negotiate and close partnership/placement deals with companies looking to hire our graduates
• Represent the school professionally in the community — you're the first face many students and partners see
• Track outreach activity, leads, enrollment/placement numbers, and report on results
• Collaborate with school leadership on marketing, promotions, and growth strategy
