Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical operational infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with the senior leadership team. You’ll be a driver and co-owner for the talent acquisition strategy and execution.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
  • Own end-to-end recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening to closing candidates
  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
  • Continually improve our recruiting technology stack
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence

You should have

  • 4 - 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with SaaS or Fintech companies is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build a diverse pipelines
  • An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
  • A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change
  • An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment while learning quickly

Our platform is the funding operating system for originators: it verifies and stores documents; automates critical calculations and compliance reporting; and digitizes assets like homes or cars. Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
