Stivers Staffing Services in Saint Charles, MO is hiring a Recruiter to lead all recruiting for sales roles, focusing on sourcing and screening top talent.

You’ll manage 2–4 requisitions, source candidates on LinkedIn, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews to move candidates through the full cycle in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This on-site, full-time role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a hybrid option after training, and starts ASAP to meet immediate hiring needs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably for technical sales roles.
• Proven success sourcing candidates on LinkedIn.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions (2–4).
