• Location: West Allis, WI – Internal opening in our West Allis,WI branch
• Compensation: $25-$28/HR (Compensation may vary based on experience)
• Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm

Position Overview

Our Recruiter plays a key role in full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. You will attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn). By partnering with hiring managers, you will understand role requirements and ensure the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices.

What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be:

• Managing the full life cycle recruitment process for diverse positions across various locations and markets.
• Attracting, sourcing, and screening candidates through job boards and the Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
• Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, prospects, and HR partners.
• Partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair, consistent, and equitable selection process.
