Job summary

Staff Source - Michigan is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in the Detroit metro area, focusing on light industrial and manufacturing sectors. The role requires at least one year of staffing industry experience and strong candidate development skills.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, build pipelines for difficult roles, and maintain ongoing candidate relationships from sourcing to placement at Warren/Livonia offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience within the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Strong employment tenure and a history of stability and progression.
• Ability to independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Must reside within the metro Detroit region (office locations in Warren & Livonia, MI)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, interview coordination, reference support, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage candidate expectations, and assist with offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Develop pipelines for recurring, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions.
