We are looking for a proven recruiter with strong career stability, excellent candidate-development skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

• Documented track record of success against recruiting, placement, activity, or revenue goals.

• Ability to independently manage the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Must reside within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, interview coordination, reference support, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage candidate expectations, and assist with offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Develop pipelines for recurring, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions.
