Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume production or hourly manufacturing recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience recruiting professional and skilled technical positions is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to develop creative approaches for attracting candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently move searches through the entire recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from candidate identification and screening through interviews, offers, and pre-employment activities.
  • Lead high-volume recruiting efforts with a primary focus on production and manufacturing positions.
  • Recruit for professional and skilled technical positions as business needs arise.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and other creative recruiting channels.
  • Conduct candidate screens and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers while supporting candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
  • Represent the organization professionally throughout the candidate experience and help strengthen the company's employment brand.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Partner with the broader HR team on recruiting initiatives and additional HR projects as needed.

Job description

Our client is an organization in the Greater Milwaukee area looking for a Recruiter. Our client is looking for someone with strong full-cycle recruiting experience, a background supporting manufacturing environments, and excellent relationship-building skills. This individual will manage high-volume recruiting efforts while partnering closely with HR and hiring leaders to attract and hire talent across production and professional positions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
