Job summary

Blue Chip Talent is hiring a Recruiter for a fully onsite role in Bloomfield Hills, MI. You will source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple divisions, adapting to shifting priorities and changing openings.

With at least 1 year of recruiting experience, you’ll handle light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, IT, accounting, and professional services roles. The position offers local Michigan opportunities with national searches and a potential for 2 remote days based on metrics.

Qualifications

• Light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, or high-volume recruiting experience is a plus.

• Clearly explain recruiting process and candidate search methods.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across multiple divisions, industries, and markets, both locally and nationally.
• Manage candidate pipelines and move candidates through the hiring process.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for varied roles including IT, manufacturing, accounting, and more.

We’re Hiring: Recruiter | 1+ Year of Experience Fully onsite role – Bloomfield Hills, MI

Maybe you’ve spent the last year or two recruiting in light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, professional staffing or a little bit of everything. You’ve learned how to source, screen, manage candidates, juggle multiple openings, and keep things moving when priorities change by the hour. Now you’re ready for more.

We’re looking for a recruiter who wants the opportunity to expand their experience and recruit across multiple divisions, industries, and markets, both locally and nationally. Someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and gets excited about figuring out a new role.

You don’t need to be an expert in every industry. You do need to be curious enough to become one.

The Role

This is not a recruiter role where you’ll be stuck hiring the same position over and over again.
