Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media outreach, networking, and leveraging talent pools.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate selection, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and report on performance.
- Enhance the employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and representing the company at career fairs or industry events.
- Mentor junior recruiters or team members as needed, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and placing candidates across diverse roles and industries.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse).
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment or with specialized roles (e.g., technical, executive) is a plus.
