We are seeking experienced recruiters to join a professional, recruiter-only collaboration network. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to operate independently and work on real job briefs through flexible, contract-based arrangements.

About the Role:

Recruiters will gain access to a pool of open roles and collaborate with peers to help fulfil hiring needs for vetted clients. The work is commission-based and suitable for professionals with prior recruitment experience looking to work remotely and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for existing job openings
• Submit qualified candidates through agreed processes
• Communicate with candidates and track pipeline progress
• Collaborate on placements with other independent recruiters
• Manage your workflow and communications professionally

Requirements:

• No minimum experience as learning modules on the platform are there to support you
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage pipelines
• Professional communication skills and stable internet connection
