What You’ll Do

• You’ll still run your own desk but now you won’t have to do it all from scratch.
• Take on your own clients, and benefit from some occasional client introductions.
• Collaborate on roles and earn a fee split - no more leaving money on the table.
• Own your process, from sourcing and outreach to interviews and placement.
• Use tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach automation through our membership packages.
• Connect with a network of recruiters who actually help each other, no competition.
• Focus on recruiting and we’ll handle the admin, billing, and contracts.
