What You'll Do:

• Work under both a Sales Team Lead and Recruiting Team Lead
• Source, screen, and submit candidates for open roles
• Build and manage client and candidate pipelines
• Help sign new clients and contribute to team-wide recruiting strategies
• Learn industry-specific hiring trends and recruiting tactics through hands-on experience

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of recruiting experience only
• Must be willing to start on a commission-only basis
• Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time management
• Sales experience is a plus
• College experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

Commission-based pay with potential to move into higher-earning roles as you build your book of business. No cap on earnings.
