About the Role:
As a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will own recruiting for all hiring needs across the customer/support department. In this role, you will manage all hiring for customer and support, acting as a coach and project manager for our hiring managers, managing recruitment logistics, identifying and engaging with potential candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key objectives include streamlining candidate communications, sourcing candidates, managing recruitment data, and contributing to continuous improvement of our sourcing and recruitment strategies.
