Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting across multiple markets. You will attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) while partnering with Hiring managers to ensure that assessments are fair and consistent.

This role requires a minimum of 2+ years in high-volume recruiting within an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
• Experience sourcing passive prospects and active applicants.
• Ability to partner with Hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure fair assessments.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and HR partners.
• Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal.

Our Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
• Seeking a minimum of 2+ years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity required.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

Base pay range for this position is $20 – $25 per hour. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
