Entech Staffing Solutions seeks a full-time Recruiter in Troy, MI to support high-volume light industrial hiring end to end, from sourcing through onboarding and ongoing roster communications.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse roles, sourcing and interviewing candidates, onboarding, and maintaining active candidate pipelines using ATS, job boards, and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 13+ years staffing or agency recruitment experience preferred.
• Light industrial or high-volume staffing experience desired.
• Hands-on experience using ATS, job boards and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing and warehouse roles.
• Source, screen, interview and onboard candidates end to end.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using ATS, job boards and community outreach.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Partner with account managers to confirm hiring needs and job requirements.
• Administer pre-employment screening including drug tests and background checks.
• Guide candidates through onboarding documentation and transitions.
• Maintain communication with placed employees for retention and attendance.

Entech Staffing Solutions seeks a full-time Recruiter in Troy, MI to support high-volume light industrial hiring end to end, from sourcing through onboarding and ongoing roster communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse roles


• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for assembly, warehouse, machine operation, forklift driving, and general labor


• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using ATS platforms, job boards, social media, candidate databases, and local community outreach


• Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, background, and job fit


• Partner with account managers and client supervisors to confirm hiring needs, shift schedules, and job requirements


• Administer pre-employment screening including drug tests, background checks, and skill assessments


• Guide candidates through onboarding documentation and ensure smooth transitions into new roles


• Maintain active communication with placed employees to monitor retention, manage attendance, and respond to client feedback

Requirements

• 13+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience preferred


• Light industrial or high-volume staffing experience strongly desired


• Hands‑on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑service‑oriented approach


• Ability to prioritize work and adapt quickly to fast‑changing hiring volume and client needs


• Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted)
