Recruiter Customer Experience (CX) Class-Based Hiring

Location : On-site in Tampa, FL

About the Role :

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Recruiter to join our growing Tampa team. This entry-level, on-site role supports our Customer Experience division by focusing on high-volume, class-based recruiting for contact center and customer service roles. You will identify and engage candidates to support our national client base and contribute to successful hiring outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing :

  1. Conduct high-volume sourcing for customer experience roles using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
  2. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  3. Build and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming class-based hiring initiatives.
  4. Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Account Managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  5. Manage candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation.
  6. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  7. Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to hire.
  8. Attend team huddles and recruiting syncs to stay aligned on hiring priorities and metrics.
  9. Meet or exceed performance goals related to candidate outreach, submissions, and placements.

What You Need to Be Successful :

  1. At least 1 year of customer-facing or administrative experience (e.g., customer service, retail, HR).
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  5. Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn recruiting best practices.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort working with digital systems.
