A leading company in Tampa is seeking a full-time Recruiter to enhance their hiring process. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with managers, and conducting interviews. Benchmark International is looking for a full-time Recruiter to assist us with our hiring needs. You will be a part of our headquarters’ Central Team based in Tampa, FL and will also service offices throughout the US. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and sifting through applicants, assisting in the interview process, and onboarding.
This position will not be supervised by a full-time recruiting professional. As such, initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision will be given high priority over formal qualifications. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Job Requirements:
Physical Demands
Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature. Includes sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
Salary for the Recruiter position will be commensurate with experience.
