StaffEx is seeking a motivated Staffing Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top temporary staff. The role involves posting ads, building candidate pipelines, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to meet weekly KPI targets while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Create job descriptions and post job ads on all employment websites.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods and build a strong candidate pipeline.

• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual interviews with qualified candidates.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Follow-up on each client order and confirm employee arrival and customer satisfaction.
• Build and develop long term relationships with current and inactive clients, including in-person client visits.
• Meet weekly and monthly individual and branch goals.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while effectively

The Recruiter is responsible for performing a variety of operational duties, including but not limited to recruiting, interviewing, screening, hiring, and assigning temporary employees to job assignments. This position oversees the job performance of our temporary employees. The right candidate will be a computer savvy, multi-tasker that is comfortable being on the phone most of the day.
