Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, create effective recruiting strategies, and deliver top talent.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline activity, and market trends.
• Promote the company's employer brand through social media, networking events, career fairs, and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking strategies.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
