Experience Required for Your Success

Required Skills:

• 4-8 years of full life cycle recruiting within Life Science and/or Technology industries
• Experience recruiting candidates for G&A positions; finance, accounting, legal focused
• Proven ability to effectively manage moving priorities and tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates with tact and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to document
• Basic comfort level with Google tools, spreadsheets, and cloud-based databases
• Must be comfortable working alone

Nice to Have:

• Previous work experience with applicant tracking tools such as Greenhouse
