One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Recruiter in Los Angeles, California .

This role is ideal for a motivated and strategic recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle hiring process—from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and supporting onboarding. You'll collaborate with department leads across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and more, ensuring hiring strategies are aligned with business goals. You’ll also play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Accountabilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build tailored strategies
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate tracking
  • Provide timely updates and recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health)
  • Build partnerships with universities, agencies, and professional groups to expand reach
  • Guide hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, ADP)
  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and digital platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
