Job summary

Collabera Inc. in Seattle is seeking an onsite recruiter who will drive hands-on sourcing and outreach, building strong candidate pipelines while leveraging AI tools and ATS systems.

You will conduct phone screens, manage data in the ATS, and contribute to client submissions. An onboarding ramp-up is expected, with pipelines being built by the middle of Week 2.

Job description

• Hands-on Sourcing & Outreach (80–90% of the role):Finding talent, conducting phone screens, and building strong candidate pipelines.
• System Management:Submitting candidates intoclients' systems and managing data within the ATS. AI systems to source
• Onboarding Ramp-up:Undergoing a 2-week onboarding program, with expectations to start building pipelines by the middle of Week 2.

Must Haves

• Minimum 1 to 3+ years ofrecruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful).
• Strong Boolean search and complex keystring buildingtalent (will be tested in the interview).
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems.
• Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc
• High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting.
• Ability to work 100% onsite.

Plusses

Prior experiencerecruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).

Pay Range - $35/hr - $37/hr

Location: Seattle, WA/Herndon, VA/Arlington, VA (On-site)
