Responsibilities include sourcing through multiple channels, screening, building pipelines, and managing submissions with ATS. Proficiency with Boolean/advanced search and AI-powered tools is essential to succeed.

• 2-7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.

• Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.
• Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.

Pay Range: $35/hr. - $50/hr.

About the Role:

• Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
• Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.
• Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.

Performance Expectations:

• Achieve approximately100 recruiting points per month.
• Average4-6 hires per month.
• Conduct around20 onsite interviews per month.
• Complete20-25 phone screens per month.
• Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-7+ years of recruiting experience(3+ years preferred).
• Strong experience withBoolean searchandadvanced search string (keystring) creation.
• Proficiency withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting fortechnical or engineering roles.
