• Strong experience with client development, account management, and relationship building.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and grow client partnerships.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through portals, networking, referrals, and advanced search.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, administrative, finance, government, and executive roles.
• Source, recruit, interview, evaluate, and place high-caliber candidates using advanced strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted staffing partner.
