Job summary

CorpTemps Staffing in Riverside, CA, is seeking a results-driven Recruiter Light Industrial Staffing to fill warehouse and manufacturing roles across the Inland Empire, including pickers, packers, forklift operators and assemblers.

You will own full-cycle recruiting—sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding and follow-up—while juggling 40+ open requisitions, building pipelines before peak season, and delivering fast, compliant hires via Bullhorn, Avionte or similar ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for light industrial roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle high requisition loads and fast turnaround.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Fill light industrial roles - pickers, packers, forklift operators, material handlers, assemblers, machine operators, general labor - across Riverside and the Inland Empire
• Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, schedule, onboard, and follow up
• Manage 40+ open requisitions at a time and move candidates from application to start date fast
• Build pipelines before peak season hits, not after
• Source through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Handle first-day follow-ups, attendance issues, and associate escalations
• Keep clean records in our ATS and stay compliant with I-9 and E-Verify

What You Bring

• 1 3 years of recruiting or high-volume staffing experience (light industrial a big plus)
• Comfort with fast turnaround and high requisition loads
• Strong phone and in-person communication - you can talk to a warehouse associate and a plant manager in the same hour
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Experience with Bullhorn, Avionte, or similar ATS preferred
