Job summary

Elite Standard Recruitment is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. You will source, screen, and recruit for a variety of positions, coordinating interviews and maintaining strong candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, and leverage Indeed and ATS platforms to optimize candidate flow. A proactive, creative approach to sourcing is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• Experience using Indeed, applicant tracking systems, or other recruiting platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively reaching out to candidates.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Strong computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of open positions
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews
• Proactively source candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Follow up on interviews and help move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process
• Assist with job postings and recruitment advertising
• Develop creative strategies to increase applicant flow for hard-to-fill positions
• Maintain a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hire
• Meet recruiting goals and performance expectations
