Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish) to work with our management team to maintain adequate staffing in an in-person, on-site role. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with a pay rate of $25/hr and weekly pay on Fridays.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and communicates effectively in English and Spanish, with at least 1 year of recruiting experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Docs.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven time management and organizational abilities.
• 1 year recruiting experience or related.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Targeting and contacting multiple candidates daily.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Conducting in-person and/or phone interviews.
• Scheduling interviews for the supervisors.
• Extend job offers.
• Organizing and tracking the onboarding process.
• Conducting new hire orientations.
• Tracking attendance and payroll.
• Running background checks.
• Working with on-site managers to keep staffing levels at appropriate levels.
• Working with HR to process new hires and terminations.
• Other duties as assigned.

American Lumper Services is a growing Nationwide Warehouse Management company that is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter to work with our management team to keep adequate staffing. Candidate must be reliable and have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with exceptional communication skills. This is an in-person position.

Shift

Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm

Pay rate

$25/hr. (weekly pay on Fridays)
