Job summary

Evlo AI in Raleigh, NC is seeking a hands-on recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM teams. You will partner with hiring managers to scope roles, write descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies to scale high-performing departments.

You will optimize interview processes, conduct initial screens for technical and behavioral fit, drive debriefs, and manage offers. The role requires 3–6 years in high-growth tech recruiting and experience with Greenhouse or Lever

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting in tech or startup environments.
• Experience with Greenhouse and Lever ATS.
• Proven ability to build sourcing strategies and partner with hiring managers.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Bonus: university recruiting or specialized engineering/product recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions, from intake to closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and build sourcing strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and targeted networking channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screens to evaluate technical competency, behavioral fit, and motivation.
• Facilitate interview debriefs, drive consensus among hiring teams, and manage offer negotiations.
• Track pipeline health and recruitment metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill and conversion rates.

The person in this role will drive sourcing strategies, optimize the interview process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all open requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple complex requisitions, from intake to closing
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and build sourcing strategies
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and targeted networking channels
• Conduct thorough initial screens to evaluate technical competency, behavioral fit, and motivation
• Facilitate interview debriefs, drive consensus among hiring teams, and manage offer negotiations
• Track pipeline health and recruitment metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill and conversion rates
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
• Demonstrated expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to advise and push back on hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Bonus: Experience recruiting specialized engineering or product talent, or managing university recruiting programs
