Stanley Executive Search, Inc is seeking an HR & Recruiting Specialist to build our team from the ground up. You will own full-cycle recruiting, manage onboarding and HR operations, and help shape our policies in a fast-moving, startup environment.

You'll source and close great talent, track hiring metrics, and contribute to employer branding while handling day-to-day admin. This role offers ownership early in your career and room to grow with us.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruiting.
• Solid understanding of local labor law and compliance Essentials.
• Startup experience strongly preferred — you've helped build HR from scratch before.
• Get it done mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace.
• Proficiency with Excel and common HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting — from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations.
• Build out recruiting channels (job boards, agencies, referrals, social media) that fit a growing company.
• Track and improve hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality.
• Help shape our employer brand and candidate experience from the ground up.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records.
• Support payroll inputs, benefits enrollment, and statutory compliance.
• Own attendance/leave tracking and be a go-to resource for employee questions.
• Help build practical, scalable HR policies as we grow.
