Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition partner to own end-to-end recruiting for engineering and product teams. You will partner with engineering leaders to scope roles, design sourcing strategies, and drive a smooth candidate experience from screen to offer.

You will source passive talent, conduct rigorous technical and behavioral assessments, and guide stakeholders through competitive offers while tracking key metrics across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting in tech-focused companies.
• Proven track record hiring senior software engineers, infra leads, and PMs.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks and technical interview methods.
• Strong ability to advise hiring managers and push back when needed.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Bonus: experience recruiting across US time zones and using compensation data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles.
• Define role requirements, write job descriptions, and set interview loops.
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and networks.
• Screen for technical capability and cultural fit through behavioral/technical screens.
• Lead offer negotiations and benchmarking in competitive markets.

You will design sourcing strategies, assess technical capabilities, and drive a seamless candidate experience from initial screen to offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles across the organization
• Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and establish interview loops
• Source passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and targeted networking channels
• Conduct thorough behavioral and logistical screens to evaluate technical baseline and cultural alignment
• Drive offer negotiation, compensation benchmarking, and closing processes for competitive talent markets
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics including funnel conversion, source efficiency, and time-to-hire

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within high-growth technology companies or specialized agencies
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing and hiring senior software engineers, infrastructure leads, and product managers
• Deep familiarity with modern tech stacks, engineering roles, and technical interview methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and push back on hiring managers effectively
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bonus: Experience recruiting remotely across US time zones and familiarity with compensation data analytics
