Job summary

Connect Search LLC in Racine, WI is seeking a temporary Recruiter to support the staffing process for 10–12 open positions. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or 2+ years recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or 2+ years recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in the local market strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, professionalism, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10–12 open requisitions at a time.
• Recruit for engineering, supply chain, and operations positions.
• Provide recruiting support for hourly manufacturing and CNC roles as needed.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and evaluate against requirements.
• Communicate screening notes and recommendations to HR and hiring managers.
• Coordinate onsite interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Gather feedback and inform candidates of next steps.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity in the ATS.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on recruiting strategies for challenging roles.

Contract Length: 3–6 months
Pay: $38/hr - $40/hr

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking aRecruiter to provide temporary recruiting support as the company continues to strategically grow its workforce. This recruiter will partner closely with Human Resources and hiring managers to manage approximately 10–12 open positions at a time, supporting the recruiting process from sourcing through interview coordination and candidate follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10–12 open requisitions at a time.
• Recruit primarily for engineering, supply chain, and operations positions.
• Provide recruiting support for hourly manufacturing and CNC positions as needed.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Smart Sourcing, Indeed, and other recruiting resources.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and evaluate candidates against position requirements.
• Prepare and communicate candidate screening notes and recommendations to HR and hiring managers.
• Coordinate onsite interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Gather hiring manager feedback following interviews and communicate next steps to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies for challenging positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with recent recruiting experience, OR2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition responsibilities.
• Experience recruiting within the local market strongly preferred.
• Ability to explain recruiting strategies and sourcing approaches for different types of positions.
• Strong communication, professionalism, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers.
