Job summary

Truity Partners is supporting a client in Oak Creek, WI with an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a 4–6 month contract, full-time, 100% onsite schedule. Compensation is targeted at $35–$43 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

This role will support high-volume recruiting and onboarding within a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with operations leaders to help meet ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Experience screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
• Strong communication and collaboration with operations leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• Experience with ATS; Paylocity is a plus.

Responsibilities

This role will support high-volume recruiting and onboarding within a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with operations leaders to help meet ongoing hiring needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage recruiting activities for high-volume production and skilled positions
• Partner with operations and shift supervisors to understand staffing needs
• Coordinate candidate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding
• Work with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions
• Recruit candidates for skilled and specialized positions
• Participate in regular staffing meetings and recruiting updates

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; preferably within manufacturing, production, or another high-volume environment
• Experience managing candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner directly with operations leaders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
• Experience with an ATS; Paylocity experience is a plus
