Options Staffing 360 is a family-owned medical staffing specialist seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, implementing effective engagement strategies, and aligning talent acquisition with organizational goals.

We offer a hybrid work model with compensation that includes salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience (healthcare staffing experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools, such as ATS systems.
• Conduct technical recruiting for specialized positions and executive roles, ensuring alignment with company needs.
• Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel staff and hiring managers to provide strategic talent management solutions.
• Implement effective negotiation strategies to secure top talent while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Utilize social media management techniques for employer branding and candidate outreach.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to proactively source and engage passive candidates, leveraging tailored outreach strategies to build talent pipelines and generate interest in open roles.
• Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, training & development initiatives, and employee relations matters.
• Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
