KW Steel City is seeking a driven Recruiter to connect with real estate agents and help grow the organization. This hands-on, outbound sales role will have you reaching out to agents, building relationships, handling objections, following up, and scheduling recruiting appointments for the leadership team.

KW Steel City is looking for a driven Recruiter to connect with real estate agents and help grow our organization.

This is a hands-on, outbound sales role. You’ll spend your day reaching out to real estate agents, building relationships, handling objections, following up, and setting recruiting appointments for the leadership team.

Compensation
