Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with real estate agents through outbound calling, texting, email, and follow-up.
• Create conversations that uncover agents' goals and opportunities.
• Set qualified recruiting appointments for leadership.
• Follow up with agents who aren't ready today.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective recruits.
• Use scripts and frameworks and sound natural.
• Navigate objections to move conversations forward.
• Maintain notes, call activity, and CRM data.
• Prepare daily prospecting lists and priorities.
• Track activity and conversions; own results.
• Participate in team huddles, roleplay, and training.
• Improve communication of value and curiosity.
• Represent KW Steel City professionally.
