Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to develop and execute staffing strategies that deliver qualified candidates for assigned roles.

This role drives full-cycle recruiting, partners with managers, and helps build a high-performing team within a growing nonprofit healthcare organization. Ideal candidates will have GED plus 2–4 years in full-cycle recruiting, and may hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or Marketing with Dayforce Software experience.

Formación

• GED and 2–4 years experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Marketing preferred.
• Experience with Dayforce Software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with staffing objectives.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve selection processes.

Skills/Requirements

Required: GED and 2-4 years previous work experience in full-cycle recruiting
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Marketing
Experience with Dayforce Software
