Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is expanding its nursing team to provide comprehensive behavioral health care across Arizona. The RN will deliver direct nursing care, follow physician orders, and communicate barriers to timely service to supervisors and practitioners.

Delegation and supervision of LPNs and assistive staff are included. The role emphasizes teamwork within a multidisciplinary approach, with opportunities to advance through certification and training while benefiting from shift

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

  • Carry out orders from medical practitioners and report barriers promptly.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Required: Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • 1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred
  • Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
