Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking an Employment Specialist to support clients with rehabilitation services and employment-related assistance across Arizona.

The role provides vocational evaluation, job readiness training, skills building, and job placement referrals in coordination with the treatment team. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in behavioral health or medical settings, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in behavioral health or medical field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or medical field.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) credential per A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI policies.
• Peer Certification (if applicable).
• Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Job Summary

An Employment Specialist is an individual who has one year of experience providing rehabilitation services and employment-related support. Employment Specialist provides work related services, including vocational evaluation and assessment, job readiness training, skills building, and job placement referrals. This position assists in addressing all of the employment concerns and needs of the patient in conjunction with the established treatment team.

Skills/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in behavioral health or medical field preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in either the behavioral health or medical field required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing)
