Job summary

NSC Staffing in Pascagoula, MS is seeking a recruiter to attract and place qualified candidates for skilled trades and related roles. You will manage the process from sourcing to offers, maintaining regular check-ins with hiring managers.

Expect competitive pay of $50,000–$55,000 annually plus uncapped commission, with on-site work and the opportunity to develop full-cycle recruiting expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, or call center experience.
• 1+ years of skilled trades.
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalate.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assists with job postings and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
