Job summary

LHH in the United States (Oklahoma) is seeking a Recruiter with healthcare recruiting experience to source, screen, and interview professionals across clinical and non-clinical roles.

You will manage the full-cycle process from sourcing through offer, partner with hiring managers to understand priorities, and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill healthcare positions. The role offers hybrid or remote flexibility and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, healthcare preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit for a variety of healthcare positions.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Familiarity with credentialing, compliance, or healthcare onboarding processes.
