Job summary

Amplio Recruiting is seeking a full-life cycle recruiter to support our contract team in the Commercial and Light Industrial Division. The role involves building a pipeline, interviewing candidates, and guiding applicants through the process in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in high-volume recruiting, strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn/Indeed, and excellent organizational abilities. Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting in high-volume agency environments.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed and other ATS tools.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
• Collect names of future clients from candidates interviewing.
