Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to join our Newport News, VA team.

You will identify qualified candidates, conduct phone screens, coordinate background checks, and move strong fits through our hiring process in a fast-paced, in-office setting. The role offers $24 an hour based on a 40-hour week, potential overtime, and a path to $55,000–$60,000 in the first year based on performance, plus health, vision, dental, PTO, disability insurance, and a collaborative work

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through numerous recruiting tools.
• Facilitate phone screens, analyze responses, and confirm qualifications meet client requirements.
• Prepare candidate submittal requirements, background checks, drug testing, and orientation.
• Consistently maintain, clean, and update candidate tracking systems.
• Grow relationships with candidates and obtain referrals to build your network.
• Maintain contact with job candidates and deliver constructive feedback.
• Aid Lead Recruiters and/or Account Managers with recruiting tasks as needed.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic and highly motivated team! If you are competitive, driven, and motivated to perform, I would like to discuss this opportunity with you. In this position, you will influence both our candidates and our clients by finding the right people for the right jobs. The role requires you to contact and speak with several candidates throughout the day, so you must be comfortable talking on the phone.

This position will be 100% in office, and the candidate will need to be local to the Newport News, VA area.

Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified candidates through numerous recruiting tools

• Prepare candidate submittal requirements, background checks, drug testing, and orientation to secure a start date for the client
• Consistently maintain, clean, and update candidate tracking systems
• Grow relationships with candidates and obtain referrals to build your network
• Maintain contact with job candidates and deliver constructive and appropriate feedback as needed
• Aid Lead Recruiters and/or Account Managers with recruiting, screening, badges, start sheets, etc. as needed
