Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments.
• Proven ability to screen candidates and assess fit.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using recruiting tools.
• Facilitate phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.
• Prepare submittal documents, background checks, and orientation.
• Maintain candidate tracking systems and update records.
• Grow candidate networks through referrals.
• Provide feedback to candidates and clients as needed.
• Assist Lead Recruiters and Account Managers with recruiting tasks.
