Medix in New York, NY is seeking a proactive recruiter who thrives on meeting new people and assessing potential through thoughtful questioning. The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline and conducting interviews by phone or in person.

You will manage candidate communications, qualify or reject applicants based on feedback and resumes, and aim to meet weekly calls and emails quotas while maintaining strong organizational standards.

Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidate fit.
Comfortable meeting new people and asking thoughtful questions.

Mansioni

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
