Beacon Hill is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This hybrid role focuses on lateral recruiting across front-office investment banking functions and partners with HR leadership, hiring managers, and external search firms.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and has experience recruiting within investment banking or financial services. The salary for this role is $140K-$175K, plus discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in investment banking/financial services.
• Experience with lateral recruiting for investment banking roles.
• Experience partnering with external search firms and managing agency relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with high-touch candidate experience.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or another ATS.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willing to onsite three days per week.
• Prior mentoring experience preferred.

Our client, a leading independent investment banking firm, is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This hybrid role will focus on lateral recruiting across front-office investment banking functions and serve as a key partner to HR leadership, hiring managers, and external search firms throughout the hiring process. This position will manage full-cycle searches, help drive recruiting strategy, and support broader talent acquisition initiatives as the team continues to grow. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment, has experience recruiting within investment banking or financial services, and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within investment banking, financial services, or a related professional services environment, required.
• Previous experience with lateral recruiting for investment banking roles, required.
• Experience partnering with external search firms and managing agency relationships, required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering a high-touch candidate experience, required.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system, required.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, required.
• Willingness to work onsite three days per week, with flexibility to increase onsite presence based on business needs, required.
• Prior experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing recruiting resources, preferred.

The salary for this role is $140K-$175K, plus discretionary bonus.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
