Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Chicago. This role handles full-cycle recruitment across corporate, technical, and operations roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, screen and coordinate interviews, provide market insights, and support process improvements and recruiting events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• High-volume or multi-location recruiting.
• Recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or operations-focused position.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
