Job summary

In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team, focused on building strong talent pipelines, developing effective recruiting strategies, and creating meaningful connections with candidates, internal leaders, and external clients.

This role handles full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, phone screens, and interviews, collaborating with hiring managers and executives to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting.
• Aviation or technical recruiting experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bullhorn ATS experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting an RPO service is a plus.

This role is ideal for a proactive recruiting professional who enjoys building strong talent pipelines, developing effective recruiting strategies, and creating meaningful connections with candidates, internal leaders, and external clients. The Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts while helping strengthen our processes, reporting, sourcing strategies, and overall candidate experience.
