The Recruiter is a key professional responsible for driving high-volume talent acquisition strategies to meet the critical staffing needs of PrimeFlight. Leveraging at least 3+ years of experience, this individual manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sophisticated sourcing to final onboarding. You will serve as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring we maintain a robust talent pipeline while optimizing our mass hiring processes in a fast‑paced environment.
