Job summary

CV Resources, Inc. is seeking a contract Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse mix of corporate, operational, technical, and leadership roles.

This hybrid, work-from-home arrangement offers the ability to impact hiring within a well-established organization. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via LinkedIn and referrals, screen applicants, and manage multiple requisitions through offer and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions.
• Construction, engineering, or heavy equipment background REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination.
• Recruit for a variety of corporate, administrative, operational, technical, and management positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver strong talent pipelines.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Manage multiple open requisitions while providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Support recruiting operations during a period of HR technology transition.

We're partnering with a well-established, highly respected organization seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to join its team on a contract basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who loves connecting great people with great opportunities, partnering with hiring managers, and owning the recruiting process from start to finish.

You'll work across a diverse mix of corporate, operational, technical, and leadership positions, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a dynamic, multi-business organization.
